How long does it take to receive my item?
Our standard shipping method is USPS and Yun Express,and delivery times are subject to geographic location. Processing time averages 2-6 business days with USPS as most items are in stock and ready to ship to USA. International deliveries are sent via Yun Express and DHL and may be subject to prolonged delivery times due to customs regulations.
I didn't receive so far confirmation that my order has been shipped. Is it normal ?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed. A second email with tracking information will be sent when your order is shipped. For more status informations, pls contact info@mytaggolf.com and we will get back to you ASAP.

What Is Your Return Policy?
Our ultimate goal is your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know right away. You may return the goods purchased on the My Tag website within 6 months from the date of receipt of the goods for any reasons or no reason but excluding shipping fee. Items must accompany a proof of purchase and be in new, re-sellable condition. Custom items are not eligible for return.
